At my day job we do a monthly roundup of what’s been happening that month and include the most read articles on our website and I thought it would be interesting to see what what the most read on Staci & Co in 2018. Shockingly, the two most read were fitness related. I am in no way a fitness expert and struggle daily with eating right and balancing a good workout into a busy schedule and yet that seems to be what most of you are interested in reading about?
