This is perhaps the easiest thing I’ve made in a long time. Nothing but spiralised zucchini and some spicy shrimp. It’s simplisty means that’s it’s not so much a recipe as two real ingredients and whatever spices you want.


Heat 2 Tbsp coconut oil in your pan over medium heat.

Toss your shrimp in a bowl with whichever spices you want (I used a mixture of all season, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, and a touch of chilli).

Add your shrimp to the pan and begin cooking for 3-5 minutes while you create your noodles.

Put 3 medium zucchini through your sprialiser and add to pan. Cook all stirring frequented you until noodles reach your desired consantacy (I like ours fairly soft to resemble real noodles, this takes about 10 minutes).

Serve and enjoy! For extra kick, try mixing with hot sauce or adding fresh chillis.
