Normally when I tell Rich this or that event is happening he reluctantly agrees but there was no hesitation when it came to Anna, no sooner had the words champagne and food left my mouth that he was agreeing. Not only did he accompany me and allow me to take far too many pictures in only a few hours but we had so much fun.

It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of day to day life and we’re both extremely busy at the moment, me designing websites and learning to code all day and him trying to get all his assessments of the kids done before end of term that it’s easy to not really spend any quality time together. Of course we spend a lot of time together on the weekend but that still revolves around Kendall and us (well me) about making sure we’re getting as much as the sun as possible and changing up what parks we go to for “variety.” I sound like a crazy dog person…but I am.

This Anna launch party was exactly what we needed, a night out together and catching up without sports in the background or over a beer in the pub but rather delicious and ever flowing Anna champagne accompanied by the most delicious tapas and desserts by Arbina in Fitzrovia. I’ve never really been much for Spanish cuisine but even I found myself going back for seconds on almost everything I tried.

Tucked away in the cosy decor of Arbina filled with chatter and laughter it felt more like a good friends dinner party than anything else. The whole night was a success and I couldn’t be happier that we made this time together and found a new favourite champagne and fun restaurant at the same time.
